-Fairs and Festivals – State and county fairs occur all summer long and are a great way to bring the community together and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for people of all ages.  Since these events bring in multiple food vendors,  contests, games and activities they need to make sure they are covered in the chance of a wash out. Most fairs or festivals will cover the total cost of the event per day.

-Weddings – Since weddings are planned so far in advance, bride and grooms need to pay deposits and cover all the aspects of their outdoor ceremony/reception months before their wedding date. If it pours on their big day they are out all of the deposits they put down on rental lights, table/ chairs, etc. It is important for the couples to take out coverage for the hours leading up to the ceremony to make sure they can set up without Mother Nature affecting their big day.
